It already feels like winter, everyday has been so cloudy and overcast lately!
So all the highlights of summer are over, holiday, Glastonbury...and now I have to look for a media job.
Which I have, with one company, but I'm not really sure what's going to happen with it. The main guy I've been talking to, who wrote the film, has been very friendly and nice, if a little on and off for the last two months about getting a job...
I've had a few calls today though, and hopefully ill get something to do with working in the production house for the film. However I just had a bit of an intimidating call from a different person, and then passed onto a girl who sounded about my age, who pretty much repeated that they will pass on my number and I should hear from the Producer by the end of the day...
Who knows!! We'll have to wait and see what happens, but I feel I should keep posting on my blog now, as things may be starting to be set in motion...

Glastonbury 2011
So this year was a bit of a lonely one, with the addition of polar opposite weather conditions (Massive amounts of rain resulting in insane amounts of mud, followed by 30 degree heat at the end!)
My top songs of the weekend would be as follows (in no specific order)

Ontop of that, I also met the girl who played the fat girl in the Inbetweeners, which would be cool, if the guy I love hadnt slept with her :P Nah she was alright, just completely wankered, and seemed to enjoy singing at the top of her lungs.
Overall, I need to bring my weymouth friends to the next festival :)

BAMP Exhibition 2011
So I am on the final Unit of my Degree, scary man.
This is it in its current state, here are the before and after shots - we have a hand-made darlek on the corner as Doug, our team mate, made an interactive Doctor Who Board game for his final project. I think our stall looks really nice with the logo branding.
Will take more pictures tomorrow...
Oh its also my birthday tomorrow, but it doesn't feel like it :( Mum Dad and Joe are coming down to see the expo though which will be nice.

Nearing the end of Phase 2 of 3: BA Degree
The degree has t-minus 8 weeks left, wow!
My edits are coming along, Alice is looking all right I suppose, I hope everyone else enjoys it! Im pleased with the shots at least, I think the edit itself is still a little clunky, nevertheless, I have the best part of 9 days to finish them, make covers, make menus, and burn and hand in :)
I can't believe We're so near the end! I haven't done ANYTHING for Exhibition yet, oh and a week after our video hand in we also have to write a 5000 word analysis on our video projects. Really can't hack any more writing so soon after the dissertation, alas this will all come out of my head so it should be a great deal easier to write (in theory!).
Still working at Tesco, trying to work more hours every week now as my wonderful mother has given me her old car. What an incentive to pass my test! So obviously that's going to cost quite a lot, so my first batch of savings will finally get that done I hope by the end of the year!
Helping my mum design her new business logos, just ordered a batch of business cards and postcards to hand out, very exciting! I do hope it does well, shes so good at what she does. 'French Finds', watch this space!
Anyway, better get back to it, hoping to finish 'Our Dad's Shed' This weekend, So I can spend next week tweaking and starting to write.
Wish me Luck!

Alice and the Wonder Garden Pics
Okay!!!!! It's a wrap! This project has been shot! :D
The weekend went so so well, no problems at all, we had wondrous weather (so much so that I got a bit sunburnt on Saturday!) And everyone was fantastic to work with.
Here are some production stills as promised. We have Alice, the fawn, the rat, and the rabbit.
I'm so excited to edit this, however dissertation comes first. My next job is to condense 8600 words down to 3000. UGH!
Wish me luck!!!
